What to bring
A few things help us assess you thoroughly and get the most from your first appointment. Don't worry if you can't find everything - just bring what you can.
- Any GP or specialist referral (if you have one - it isn't required to book)
- Your private health fund card, Medicare card and any EPC care-plan referral
- The shoes you wear most often, plus any orthotics you currently use
- A list of current medications and relevant medical history
- Any previous scans, X-rays or reports relating to your feet or ankles
Booking FAQs
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can book directly with us without a referral. If you've been referred by a GP or specialist - for example under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (EPC) plan - bring the referral with you, as it can affect any rebate you're entitled to.
How much will my appointment cost?
Fees depend on the appointment and treatment. We offer HICAPS on-the-spot private health claiming, and see eligible patients under Medicare EPC plans, DVA and NDIS arrangements - with bulk billing available for eligible patients on an EPC care plan. Call us on 1300 345 226 and we'll explain the fees and any rebates before you book.
Can I get a same-day or next-day podiatry appointment?
We keep capacity for urgent and short-notice appointments where a case warrants priority access, and we endeavour to see urgent foot and ankle concerns as promptly as possible. Availability varies day to day, so call the clinic directly on 1300 345 226 to check what is open today rather than using the online form - same-day and next-day appointments are subject to availability and prioritised by clinical need.
What happens after I submit the form?
